I bring over 14 years of guest service experience to FireKeepers Casino. I started my casino career working in the players club and I have a strong passion for my craft and commitment to exceed one’s expectation in service.

I was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, where I worked at a casino for over 6 years. I have a strong background in customer service.

I attended Michigan State University, where I studied Business Management. Since then I’ve been working in the casino industry. My experience ranges from working in the Players Club to being a Casino Host and a Dealer.

I began my casino career in Security and have been a Casino Host for over 2 years now. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Gaming Administration.

I have worked in customer service for over 15 years, most recently as a Casino Host in Southwest, Michigan for the past 2 years.
